Charges
Fair Fee policy: competitive rates for schools, above-average pay for staff. Permanent fees are a fixed admin charge, not a percentage.
Our candidates
Primary teachers, SEN staff, HLTAs and nursery nurses across Early Years, Foundation, KS1 and KS2. Interviewed weekly. Only those who meet our standards are registered.
Vetting
Safer recruitment in line with DfE and REC guidance.
Vetting procedures
Full compliance checks before any assignment. We work with schools on safeguarding and verify documents in person where possible.
Selection
Structured interviews using verbal, written and reference checks, analysed for consistency so schools and candidates are matched properly.
Enhanced checks
All necessary checks completed before a candidate is sent on assignment.

Registration criteria
You must meet the following:
- Native or fluent English
- Teaching qualification comparable to UK standards
- Police / criminal clearance certificate
- Two written references covering the last 2 years
Registration process
Register before you depart so you're ready on arrival. Face-to-face interview when you're in the UK.
Right to work & qualifications
Via UK passport, settled status, or visa (Tier 2, Tier 5, ancestry; contact us for guidance). Overseas qualifications need a UK ENIC Statement of Comparability. Do this before you travel.
